A planter hailing from the land of latex of the country desired a home that unites a concept bridging two generations which eventually, led to the creation of a traditional modern house.

A typical courtyard house designed has all its private, public and utility spaces well defined to each of its side, yet connected by it. The long verandah in front ties the way to the interiors at the same time enables to experience the stretched green front yard.
